Manufacturing capacity
By combining our expertise in mechanical design with the comprehensive supply chain of Taichung’s precision manufacturing industry cluster—from precision metal machining and mold development to plastic injection molding—Medifun is able to efficiently integrate upstream and downstream resources locally. This enables us to seamlessly transition each mechanical design through prototyping, validation, and mass production while maintaining consistent product quality, high production yields, and reliable manufacturing capacity.
Our current core product portfolio includes the DUOSAFE Lancing Device (LD-E1 Series), DUOSAFE Safety Lancet (MSL1), and Standard Lancets.
Both TrueCushion and TrueLock core technologies have undergone rigorous mechanical design and mass production validation, ensuring that the safety and comfort of every product are backed by proven engineering solutions rather than mere marketing claims.
Leveraging our integrated capabilities, we continue to explore OEM/ODM partnership opportunities in precision needle-based medical devices, extending our mechanical design expertise to the contract manufacturing of precision medical devices that integrate metal and plastic components.
